GSE Italy delivers a new 48,000 m² logistics platform near Milan for Carlyle Real Estate

After one year of works, GSE Italy has completed the construction of a 48,000 m² multifunctional logistics platform for Fondo CER-L, managed by investment company Carlyle Real Estate SGR S.p.A in Mesero, near Milan.
This platform is a strategic project for the logistics sector in northern Italy and will contribute to the development of the tenant companies’ business.
It will house storage and handling warehouses, divided into two units of approximately 23,500 m² each, making it possible to accommodate several users on the same site. 1,200 m² of office space will complete the complex.

Aiming for optimal consumption and energy efficiency, the building has applied for the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certificate, which rewards buildings of high environmental quality.
