GSE steps up the deployment of its Data Centre offering
The exponential growth in data traffic and storage, fuelled by applications such as artificial intelligence (e.g. OpenAI), banking services and online gaming, is generating a growing demand for increasingly sophisticated, secure and eco-responsible data centres. In France, the data centre market is forecast to grow by 3.9% a year to 2027, with planned investments totalling almost €12 billion.
Over the past ten years, GSE and GOLDBECK (combined revenues of €7 billion in 2022) designed and built several data centres for GAFAM clients, major retailers and hosting companies. Today, we are strengthening our offering by establishing a strong technical and sales team with deep expertise in data centres and engineering.

Our Confluence subsidiary, which specialises in real estate development, can help you find the most appropriate plot of land. When you sign a development agreement with Confluence, you can directly acquire the land as part of the package.
Our solution is to offer you a turnkey development opportunity: a secured plot of land that has been audited for technical, environmental and due diligence purposes, so you can assess your investment with peace of mind. This package also includes a detailed financial report and a market study to evaluate your investment’s future performance.

GSE’s expertise in building complex projects in Europe
In 2023, 97% of our existing clients said they would do business with us again. Today, they turn to us for their data centre projects, swayed by our expertise in building complex facilities in international markets – including clean rooms, multistorey buildings and gigafactories.
The German, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian markets are all expected to grow at a similar rate to France’s over the next three years. Indeed, we’re developing new data centre projects in Italy and Spain as the general contractor. Thanks to our international experience, we combine world-class know-how with local presence through our network of regional branch offices.
